Drive-thru attendants must be able to see inside the ENTIRE vehicle - all windows must slide down and everyone inside the vehicle must be 21+ years of age with PROPER identification. If there are any underaged persons or persons without identification in the vehicle, you will be turned away. Do not come to our drive-thru with children in your vehicle, please.
We do not allow drive-thru customers to drop off underaged guests in front of the store, in the parking lot, across the street, etc. so they can go through the drive-thru. Tribal police officers are on-site 24/7 and will intervene if they witness this. Dropping off or hiding underaged guests will result in a permanent ban.
What are the drive-thru hours of operation?
24/7, 365 days a year.
Do you accept expired ID?
We do NOT accept expired identification. If your ID is expired, our drive-thru attendant must also see an official document from the DMV showing your replacement ID is coming. We also accept active passports. We do NOT accept any other forms of ID.
Are online orders required?
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND making online orders in order to expedite service. Online orders are also the easiest way to check out our entire menu and guarantee order accuracy. Overnight from 10:00pm - 7:59am, our drive-thru REQUIRES online orders in order to ensure fast service for customers.
If you do not have an online order between these hours, it is possible you may be asked to return to the back of the line in the event that the drive-thru is experiencing high volume. Once our drive-thru attendants complete online order transactions, they can then focus their attention on your order. We do this to ENSURE the fastest service for our customers.
Can I order at the window?
Absolutely! Our drive-thru associate can guide you through selecting products geared towards your taste. However, our drive-thru has no visible menu, and ordering online ensures order accuracy, so we highly recommend placing an order online before driving up. Ensure you’re getting exactly what you want by ordering online.
What are accepted forms of payment?
NuWu Cannabis Marketplace is CASH ONLY. We do not accept debit or credit cards. ATMs are available on-site only during store hours.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?
Online order transactions almost always take less than five minutes, which is why we highly recommend online orders at all times. During the daytime (8:00am - 9:59pm), our drive-thru does not require online orders, which may prolong waiting times. During overnight hours (10:00pm - 7:59am), our drive-thru requires online orders, which guarantees the fastest service available.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
NuWu does not require minimum purchase amounts at all, both drive-thru and in-store. Come roll through for a single pre roll or gram, we got you.
Why aren’t the specials I saw on the website showing in my cart?
Our online menu always updates new items under our 25% and 50% off sections, and those reduced totals will always show in customer carts. However, when NuWu runs Buy One Get One, Buy Two Get One, etc. specials, these will not show in your cart. Any free items we hand out are promotional items pre-selected by the brands we carry, and our drive-thru associates will always be sure to throw the promotional items in your bag if the deal applies.
Say you want to get Stiiizy buy two get one free deal. Select two Stiiizy pods you’d like and add them to your cart. When you roll through the drive-thru, our attendant will be sure to grab the third promo Stiiizy pod for you. Always be sure to remember our specials are WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
CAN I ADD PROMO CODES AT CHECKOUT?
We offer 10% for all veterans and medicinal cannabis patients (all states) everyday. Apply codes ‘VET10’ or ‘MED10’ at checkout and your 10% off will apply to all applicable items in your cart. At time of pick-up, please bring a valid identification card proving either your veteran or medicinal cannabis patient status.
Cannabis industry workers (any state) receive 10% off on Thursdays, just let the drive-thru attendant know, and show proper identification.
We also have our local happy hour every week, running Monday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Wednesday from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. If you hand our drive-thru attendant a local ID, we will ensure to get that discount for you.
Can I walk or ride my bike through the drive-thru?
Unfortunately we do not allow customers to walk or ride their bikes through our drive-thru, you will be turned away. We only allow customers inside vehicles in the drive-thru. Our physical store is open 365 days a year, daily at 9:00am, please come then so one of our budtenders can help you.
The drive-thru line is long. Can I just come inside to pick up my order?
Yes, you are able to pick up drive-thru orders inside. Just come on in, and walk straight to the Pick Up Window, where a budtender will be able to help you out.
I got the wrong product in my bag, what can I do?
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND double checking your bag before driving off premises. Drive-thru attendants are required to go over your order with you before handing your bag off. In case this situation does transpire, please come inside or call our dispensary during store hours so a manager can help you out. NuWu maintains an ALL SALES FINAL policy, but we do fix mistakes on our end.
Can I make a second order at the window after we got our first order?
If we’ve completed an order for you already, you will be asked to go to the back of the line (if there is one) so we can serve any waiting customers, ensuring fastest service possible. The only scenario we can accommodate multiple orders is if they are placed online, prior to arrival at the drive-thru window.
I’m unable to use the drive-through, do you deliver?
NuWu does NOT deliver. Please come to our dispensary store-front from 9:00am - 12:00am Sunday through Thursday, or 9:00am - 3:00am Friday and Saturday so one of our budtenders can help you out.
