Promotion. Subject to these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”), this promotional offer (the “Promotion”) invites eligible persons (“Participants”) to enter for a chance to win a Huracán Evo Purple Lamborghini (with an estimated retail value of $350,000.00), subject to a one-year lease and other terms and conditions. To qualify for the Lamborghini, the selected winner must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements and satisfy all terms and conditions under these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Sponsor. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion is being offered by LP Exotics LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility. The Promotion is made within the United States to all permanent residents of the 50 United States and of Washington D.C., 21 years of age and older and otherwise eligible under these Terms and Conditions. Employees and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members shall not be eligible. Employees and agents of NUWU and their immediately family members shall not be eligible.
Period. All valid, qualifying entries by eligible participants must be made or received by Sponsor during the period beginning on March 20, 2023, and ending on April 20, 2023, 11:59:59 PM pst (the “Promotional Period”). No other entries will be accepted. Limited to one (1) entry per eligible person per day regardless of the method of entry.
Prize. Once selected, a qualified winner may choose to accept either the Lamborghini subject to all terms, conditions, and provisions of these Terms and Conditions, or a one-time cash payment of $100,000.00 (“Cash Prize”) subject to all terms, conditions, and provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Lamborghini. Acceptance of the Lamborghini is expressly subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
The Lamborghini is being offered subject to a minimum one-year lease with customary and commercially reasonable terms for the lease of a Lamborghini. The winner agrees to consent to a background and credit check as a condition on the required lease. Only well-qualified winners and drivers without points on their license will be eligible for the lease and therefore the Lamborghini. Sponsor will either make or waive all required payments under the lease. Winner shall be responsible for insurance and any taxes during the minimum one-year lease. No transfer or sale of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor in writing.
Upon expiration of the one-year lease, assuming the winner has satisfied all terms and conditions of the lease, Sponsor will transfer title to the Lamborghini to the winner under a bill of sale and any other required documents. Winner shall be solely responsible for any transfer taxes or fees.
Winner is responsible for registration, license, title and insurance fees and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize and must provide a valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance (as required) prior to delivery.
The Lamborghini is awarded subject to a one-year lease, and “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited.
Cash Prize. If the winner does not qualify for the Lamborghini or opts for the Cash Prize, subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law, payment of the Cash Prize shall be delivered to winner within 30 days of the date the winner is announced. Winner will be required to sign an additional waiver.
General Conditions. The winner is and shall be responsible for the payment of any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes associated with this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 to the winner. Winner must consult with his, her or their tax advisor regarding his, her or their particular tax situation. The winner shall also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 at the time of acceptance to provide all required personal information, including full name, address, date of birth, and social security number. The winner may be required to complete additional documents necessary for disbursement of the prize in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Entry. Participants may enter by making a Qualifying Purchase or by submitting a Qualifying Card to Sponsor during the Promotional Period. All entries must be received by Sponsor before the expiration of the Promotional Period. Limited to one (1) entry per eligible person per day regardless of the method of entry.
Qualifying Purchase. All eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period shall be automatically entered into the Promotion. A “Qualifying Purchase” must meet the following requirements:
The purchase must be for $200.00 or more (excluding taxes) of LP Exotics and/or VVGN products. Limited to one (1) entry per eligible person per day.
The purchase must be made at either of NUWU’s locations:
1235 Paiute Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89106; or
11527 Nu Wav Kaiv Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89124.
The purchase must not be voided, returned, or cancelled.
The purchase must be made during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Card. To enter without making a Qualifying Purchase, a “Qualifying Card” may be submitted that must meet the following requirements:
Handwrite the following information on the front of a 3x5 index card: Participant’s full name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. Then identify the card by writing a number in the upper right-hand corner beginning with #1 (etc.) and the word “SWEEPSTAKE” (in all caps) in the upper left-hand corner. Write the date on the upper right-hand corner of the card.
All entries must include all requested information above to be considered a Qualifying Card.
Bulk entries (multiple entries in one email or envelope) will not be accepted and will be ineligible for entry.

All cards submitted must be actually received by Sponsor during the Promotional Period to be deemed Qualifying Cards. Cards postmarked and dated during the Promotional Period but not actually received by Sponsor by the end of the Promotion Period will not qualify.
Sponsor is not and shall not be responsible for incomplete, late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
Selection. The winner will be selected and announced via live stream event held on April 21, 2023. A single winner for the one (1) prize offered under this Promotion will be randomly selected from a pool of automatically generated numbers assigned to eligible participants and Qualifying Entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and Qualifying Entries received during the Promotional Period.
No Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Qualifying Entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification. In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Promotion, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address.
RELEASE. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS (US$200.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (3) PARTICIPANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF OR A TRIAL BY JURY. EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES, REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS TO SPONSOR: (I) TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTION ENTITIES WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION, AND (II) TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACTIVITY RELATED THERETO.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY PARTICIPANT.
Privacy. All personal information submitted as part of the Promotion may be shared by and between Sponsor and any affiliates or disclosed to other third parties in accordance with applicable law. Sponsor and any affiliates may use such information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
Publicity. Sponsor will announce the winner’s first and last name publicly. Sponsor may use the winner’s first and last name publicly for promotional purposes. Participant agrees to sign a Publicity Release if selected as the winner. The winner agrees and hereby gives consent to Sponsor and its affiliates to use of the winner’s likeness, including the winner’s first name and last initial, photograph, voice, recorded video footage, and any statements, for marketing and other advertising or publicity purposes, without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Law. This Promotion is offered only in the United States. The enforcement and interpretation of the Promotion and of these Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of any party in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada. By entering, Participant irrevocably consents to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada, County of Clark, for any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
General. Participant acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions constitute the final and complete agreement governing the Promotional Offer. No other agreements or representations, oral or written, will be given effect. No modification, waiver, amendment, or change of these Terms and Conditions will be valid absent with the express written consent of Sponsor. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect.
